These terms apply when you use this website or take a diagnostic service from Shivam Pathology Laboratory, F-19/20, First Floor, City Centre Complex, Opp. Hotel Janpath, Radhanpur Char Rasta, Mehsana - 384002. By booking a test or using this site, you accept them.

They are effective from 20 August 2026.

Nothing on this website diagnoses, treats or prescribes. The test descriptions, the package contents and the check-up finder are here to help you understand what a test measures and to help you book the right panel. They are not a substitute for consulting a qualified doctor.

The check-up finder suggests a package from the answers you give. It is a booking aid, worked out in your browser from a fixed set of rules. It has no knowledge of your history, medication or examination findings. Dr. Sandip P. Patel confirms the appropriate panel when you book.

If you have symptoms that concern you, see a doctor. Do not delay medical care because of something you read here.

• A booking is confirmed only when the laboratory confirms it — by phone or on WhatsApp. Submitting the form or sending a message does not by itself reserve a slot.
• Home sample collection is available 24 hours across Mehsana and carries a collection charge over and above the test price.
• Home collection depends on a phlebotomist being available for the area and time you ask for. We will tell you promptly if we cannot serve a slot.
• Please have a photo ID and any prescription or previous reports available at collection.
• You may cancel at any time before your sample is collected, at no cost. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Every body check-up package requires 10–12 hours of fasting. Water is allowed and encouraged. A sample given without the required preparation can produce a misleading result.

Tell us at the time of collection about medication you take, and about pregnancy, recent transfusion or recent contrast studies, as any of these can affect interpretation. If a test has to be repeated because required preparation was not followed, the repeat is chargeable.

• Prices shown on this site are in Indian Rupees and are the prices you pay at the laboratory. They may be revised, and the price confirmed at booking is the one that applies.
• The home collection charge is additional and is not a fixed figure — it depends on the area and the visit. It is quoted to you when you book, before anyone is sent out.
• We accept cash and UPI. Payment is taken at the laboratory or at the time of collection — no advance payment is required to book a test or a home visit.
• This website never processes a payment and never handles your card or UPI details. Any page asking you to pay online is not ours.
• Package prices apply to the package as a whole. Individual tests within a package are not separately refundable or substitutable.

• Every report is reviewed and signed by Dr. Sandip P. Patel before release. No result is issued on a machine’s output alone.
• Most routine biochemistry and haematology reports are ready the same day. Hormone, vitamin, culture and histopathology reports take longer. Turnaround times are indicative, not guaranteed — a sample that fails quality control is repeated rather than reported.
• Reports are sent by WhatsApp or email only where you have asked us to. A printed copy is always available at the laboratory.
• Reports must be interpreted by a qualified doctor alongside your clinical picture. A value outside a reference range is not by itself a diagnosis.

The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to Shivam Pathology Laboratory or are used with permission. Instrument names and manufacturer marks belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify the equipment in use.

You may read, print and share these pages for your own reference. You may not copy the site or its content for commercial use, or present it as your own.

We try to keep prices, packages and instrument details accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every page is free of error at every moment. Where the site and the laboratory disagree, the laboratory is correct.

We are responsible for performing your tests with reasonable skill and care, under the supervision of a registered consultant pathologist, and that responsibility we take seriously.

We are not liable for loss arising from a decision taken on the basis of information on this website without consulting a doctor, from preparation instructions not being followed, or from a delay caused by circumstances outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mehsana, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
